The Child Bereavement Trust provides support and counselling for grieving families. It is a charity that cares for bereaved families by training and supporting professional carers. Established in 1994 by Jenni Thomas and Julia Samuel, it aims to increase awareness and acknowledge the importance of grief and loss.
It offers a number of helpful books and videos for grieving families as well as professionals. There is also an Information and Support Line for professionals caring for bereaved families. It is available on 0845 357 1000 between 9am and 5pm.
